The online study programme in Physiotherapy is aimed at physiotherapists who have completed their vocational training. With our programme, these candidates have the opportunity to complete further academic training with a Bachelor’s degree in just three semesters.
Due to a candidate’s existing knowledge, 90 ECTS can already be recognised in this way, which reduces the standard period of study by half. The study programme itself consists of a sound education focused on scientific and applied practical physiotherapy. This is taught with the help of practical elective modules, e.g. in the areas of neuro- and pathophysiology, prevention and rehabilitation. The basis for this is a far-reaching understanding of the needs that shape the industry in the health market.
Part of your training will be to acquire economic and legal principles for your own practice, as well as for work in medical institutions. You will also acquire extensive expertise regarding the interrelationships and developments of physiotherapy in the health sector, and you will focus, in particular, on independent working methods in the therapy environment.
